Installation

This section describes how to install OpenCMISS. The following options are available:

• 1. Installation via Docker on local Windows, Linux, and Mac machines
• 2. Installation via Singularity on Linux HPC machines
• 3. Installation of OpenCMISS-Iron from source

Once installed, the OpenCMISS-Iron python module will be available from python.

Important

If you are new to OpenCMISS, we recommend using the OpenCMISS-Iron Dockers on your local machine, and follow the instructions for running JupyterLab.
